This fitness program takes the cardio and muscular endurance conditioning from Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing to help everyone achieve a stronger, more efficient body. The training works for those just looking to improve their overall health and fitness and for athletes who are looking for a competitive edge. Group classes and circuit training sessions push you to achieve your goals in a safe, healthy and supportive environment. The program includes progress monitoring and accountability. 

Classes meet weekday mornings at 5:30 a.m. Mid-day classes meet at 10:30 a.m. Mon., Wed. and Thu. Saturday classes meet at noon.
